Job Title: Dental Technician – Denture Specialist

Wage: $25 to $45 per hour

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Technician specializing in dentures to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the fabrication, repair, and finishing of removable prosthodontics, including full and partial dentures. You will work alongside our denturist and dental assistants to help restore patients’ smiles and function with precision and care.

• Fabricate full and partial dentures (acrylic and cast frameworks) from start to finish
• Set artificial teeth for trial and final insertion
• Process, pack, cure, and finish dentures
• Conduct denture repairs, relines, and adjustments
• Wax-up and articulate cases using anatomical models
• Maintain accurate records of case progress and timelines
• Ensure all work meets clinic standards and timelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient lab space
• Communicate with the denturist and clinical team on case requirements
• Maintain and clean laboratory equipment

• Certified Dental Technician (CDT) preferred but not required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in denture fabrication (school-trained or on-the-job)
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Knowledge of dental materials, tools, and safety protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with digital workflows (optional but a bonus)
